We Updated Our Mission & Vision!

May 28, 2025 by Steffanny Dubon

At Chatham County Partnership for Children, we believe every child deserves a stronger start — a foundation that ignites dreams and fuels lifelong success.

This spring, our leadership team embarked on a transformative journey to update our vision, mission, and guiding pillars, ensuring they truly reflect our commitment to building those strong starts across our community.

Through months of thoughtful executive coaching and a focused retreat led by Tiffany Gholston of Gholston Consulting Group, we engaged in deep reflection about our purpose and impact. Our team developed a strategic plan grounded in collaboration, quality, diversified funding, and sustainability.
We are excited about the path ahead and deeply committed to growing in connection and partnership as we continue to provide vital early childhood care and education resources throughout our community.

Because when we come together, every child in Chatham County can reach their highest potential — and that includes you. Your involvement, your voice, and your support are essential in helping us ignite dreams and build stronger starts for all children. #chathamkidsmatter
