This training will help participants identify how stress manifests in their daily life and the impact stress can have on their overall health. This training will also help participants understand how taking care of their own mental well-being, will enable them to better care for children in child care. Participants will learn restorative and mindfulness techniques that can help to alleviate stress and promote positive mental well-being. The training will also teach participants how to recognize the signs and symptoms of a mental health challenge. Participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to assist someone in need of mental health support and care.
