This training supports early childhood educators in using observation notes to guide intentional lesson planning. Participants will learn how to document objective, meaningful observations and analyze what children’s behaviors reveal about their development. Through practical examples and hands-on activities, teachers will practice turning real observations into simple, purposeful plans that support individual and group learning. The training emphasizes a responsive approach to teaching, helping educators move beyond pre-set themes to plan based on children’s interests, needs, and emerging skills.
