Raising Good Eaters Series Part 1 (Virtual)

FreeJoin us in this series of trainings where we will be watching pre-recorded videos of Tara Gregory, a registered Dietician and our Chatham County Family and Consumer Science Agent as she presents on how to raise healthy eaters. In part 1, participants will learn about different strategies and practices to use with young children to help them develop a healthy relationship with nutritional foods and their own body cues. Participation in all three sessions is strongly recommended by not required to earn credit.
