All training events require pre-registration online. Payment may be made by card online via PayPal (if you want to pay by card, please select the PayPal option), check, or cash. Check/cash customers please note that your registration is not valid until we receive payment. Refunds/Credits: Credit is issued only if you cancel by the registration deadline. Refunds are only issued if the Partnership cancels the event.

Location: Chatham County Partnership for Children 220 Chatham Business Drive Pittsboro The LENA Grow Orientation is for any teacher who is thinking of participating in the program for winter 2025 (January – early March). Eligible teachers regularly work at least 5 hours daily in the same classroom with children from infancy through pre-kindergarten. Those who complete the program and show improvements in the number of conversational turns with children over 5 LENA Recording days will receive a $500 stipend. The director of a participating center is also required to attend an orientation.
