All training events require pre-registration online. Payment may be made by card online via PayPal (if you want to pay by card, please select the PayPal option), check, or cash. The goal of this course is to provide early educators with the information, knowledge and tools to prepare them for many types of emergencies. By the end of the training participants will be able to: define types of emergencies; identify procedures, supplies and equipment necessary for emergency response; understand what preparations must be done to be ready for an emergency; know how to develop an EPR plan; understand how to submit an EPR plan online; define types and frequency of drills; understand what to do when a person is injured or dies during an emergency; and know how to support personal recovery and business recovery following an emergency. Participants must take both parts of this training to receive credit. Part 1 is on Thursday July 12th from 6:30 to 8:30 and part 2 is on July 19th at the same time and place.
