Planning Transitions to Reduce Challenging Behavior- Cancelled

A typical child care classroom’s schedule requires children to transition from one activity to the next many times throughout the day. Transitions are often opportunities for children’s misbehavior and can seem overwhelming in the mind of any early childhood teacher; however, with just a little planning and preparation children can learn through fun activities during those transitions. Through this in-person training we will share ideas to help children transition smoothly throughout the school day, and create a transition activity for teachers to implement in their classrooms.
