FreeThis training does not replace the Recognizing and Responding to Suspicions of Child Maltreatment as required in 10A NCAC 09 .1102(g) and 10A NCAC 09 .1703(a)(5). Training Objectives 1. Increase knowledge of prevention and recognition of child abuse and neglect. 2. Identify ways to respond to child maltreatment and understand the reporting process. 3. Understand the impact of compassion fatigue and resilience on early educators and the children and families they serve.

- Training participants only- no guest will be permitted.
- Training participants must be fever free with no COVID-19 symptoms.
- Training participants will not be permitted entrance any earlier than 15 prior to training.
- Participants who are more than 10 minutes late will not be permitted entry into the training room.
- Training participants must bring their own pen.
