December 11th 2023 Mindfulness in the Classroom (IN PERSON)

$5.00In this training we will talk about what mindfulness means in preschool. When young children learn mindfulness techniques, they learn to focus their attention, improve self-regulation, and even self-sooth. This training will give a few ideas of how meditations, breathing exercises and other tools that can be taught and used in early childhood settings. There will also be techniques included that can be geared towards the care givers self-care.

Protocol for in person training
- Training participants only- no guest will be permitted.
- Training participants must be fever free with no COVID-19 symptoms.
- Training participants will not be permitted entrance any earlier than 15 prior to training.
- Participants who are more than 10 minutes late will not be permitted entry into the training room.
- Training participants must bring their own pen.
