Applying is as easy as 1-2-3

1.  Click the NC Pre-K Fillable Application button below, Fill it Out, and SAVE It.

The application is a Fillable PDF file. You can simply type your answers into the blanks.

*On a computer: Fill out ALL blanks on the form then SAVE to your computer. Select “Save File As. . .” to save the PDF file to your computer. Not saving your application will result in lost information.

2.  Scan Your Required Documents

The list of required documents is provided on the first page of the application.

**Applications are considered complete once the application is completed AND all required documents have been submitted.

 

3.  Submit Your Completed Application and Required Documents

Email the completed Application and Required Documents to ncpk@chathamkids.org OR Mail to Chatham County Partnership for Children, PO Box 637, Pittsboro, NC 27312

(If mailing the application, please make sure to sign it first.)

 

Upon receipt, NC Pre-K staff will review the application and documentation. A representative from the site of your 1^st choice will reach out to you to have you sign the application and will provide you with any additional documents they may require.
